2. Terms of use
Access to and use of this website is free and gives you the status of user. The user agrees to use it in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm or damage Haznova or third parties, nor to try to interfere with its operation or reach anything that is not public.
The website is informational and commercial: it describes the services Haznova offers (artificial intelligence assistants for WhatsApp and Telegram, voice and calls, websites and customer acquisition, for businesses in Spain). What is described is not a binding offer: the terms, scope and price of any service are agreed in writing with each client. The examples and demonstrations on the website (businesses, conversations, figures) are illustrative and do not correspond to real clients or data.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, designs, logos, images, code and other content of this website, and the name and brand Haznova, belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited, except as permitted by law (for example, quoting with the source indicated and a link to this website). This does not grant any licence over them.

You may link to this website, provided the link does not suggest a relationship, approval or endorsement that does not exist, does not present it in a misleading or unlawful way and is not placed inside frames that hide its origin. If this website includes links to third-party sites, they are offered as information: the owner does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content or policies, and does not imply that he recommends them. If you see a link that does not work or leads to something unlawful, let us know.

The owner strives to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the site, and may change or remove content or suspend access, without notice, for maintenance or technical reasons. In accordance with Articles 20 and 21 of the LSSI-CE, Haznova does not send commercial communications by email or equivalent means that you have not requested or expressly authorised in advance, unless there is a prior contractual relationship and they concern services similar to those contracted. Promotional content on this website is presented as such.

The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy and the use of browser storage in the cookie policy.
8. Changes
The owner may amend this notice to adapt it to legal or website changes. The current version is the one published here, with its update date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law. If you are a consumer, you are not deprived of the rights that consumer law grants you or of going to the courts of your place of residence.
